CEILI 2025
END OF YEAR RECITAL
North Middlesex Regional High School, Townsend, MA

Tentative Date:

June 1st, 2025

Our annual Ceili (recital) is a fun and exciting event that is highly anticipated every year. Dancers of the school perform for family and friends, while all attendees are invited to partake in raffles and Ceili dancing.

All proceeds from this event benefit McGonagle School Fundraising, which helps finance competition fees and travel expenses for those attending regional, national, and world level qualifying events, new school costumes, and school trips to competitions.

"A Céilidh or Céilí (pronounced "kay-lee") is a social event, typically with Celtic music and dancing. The word céilidh is Irish and Scottish Gaelic for 'visit', denoting the event's origin as an informal, home gathering. The music is cheerful and lively, and the basic steps can be learned easily; a short instructional session is often provided for new dancers before the start of the dance itself."

General information regarding ticket sales, raffle donations, and other details will be released in April. Tickets are nonrefundable. Please contact us with any questions.

This event is a great chance for friends and family to see the progress made by the dancers over the year. As such, this is a private event and is not open to the public.
